Assessment of Annual Dues:
As referenced in Article IV, Section 1.B. of the FLPOA By-laws, the current annual assessment is still only $105.00 per lot, (the assessment that has been in effect since 1993).
Assessment notices are mailed to each lot owner in January, and assessments are due and payable on or before March 15th of the current year. Dues should be mailed to the FLPOA address: FLPOA, P.O. Box 9294 College Station, TX 77845-9294
