Forest Lakes Property Owners Association (FLPOA) has the responsibility of assuring that the deed restrictions and the bylaws of the organization are followed to protect all of our property values to the extent of the law.

The Board of Directors of FLPOA serves you, the residents and property owners.  If your questions are unable to be answered by reading the by-laws and deed restrictions, please email the FLPOA Board, and plan to attend the next Board meeting, where your issue can be added to the agenda. Ready to build a fence or pool, or add a storage building or garage, or build a new home on your Forest Lakes lot? All requests must be submitted in advance to the ACC for approval. To make a request, complete this form: Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Construction Form. Completed forms can be mailed to the PO box address listed on the form or emailed to flpoaacccommittee@gmail.com. Residents who mail their forms are asked to send a follow-up email to verify the form was received. ACC members for 2023 are Larry Adams and Mike Record.
